The consumer is required to check of the packing of the goods in delivery and to signal damage caused to the conveyor on the delivery note, as well as to the society, within a week.

To reduce transport charges at the farthest, all products of medium or weak place requirement are sent by a messaging service. Delivery time is pointed out on chips products by clicking on the appropriate icon. We decline any responsibility as for the lengthening of delivery time due to the conveyor, notably in case of loss of products or of strike.

Article 1 : Problems of delivery due to transporter

Any anomaly concerning delivery (damage, product missing in comparison with the delivery note, harmed package, produced broken) will have to be imperatively pointed out on the delivery note in form of " handwritten reservations ", accompanied with the signature of the client. The client will have to confirm this anomaly at the same time by addressing to the transporter in two (2) next working days the date of delivery a mail recommended with acknowledgement of receipt displaying aforementioned claims. The client will have to transmit copy of this mail by fax or by simple mail in our customer service:

Article 2 : Delivery Error

2-a : The client will have to formulate to the society Cosmoligne.com the same day of delivery or at the first working day according to delivery, any claim of error of delivery and/or of not compliance of products in nature or in quality in comparison with indications appearing on the order form. Any claim formulated beyond by this delay will be rejected.

2-b : The formulation of this claim to society Cosmoligne.com can be done :
- by telephon at +33 (0) 970 407 555 from monday to friday from 9h00 to 18h00.,
- by linking you on our site in rubric "track your order" " or, after having entered the client's number, you may ask your question across the menu to contact, precising well the reference of order.

2-c : Any claim not performed according to the rules defined above and for the allowed delays will not be possible be taken into account and will clear the society Cosmoligne.com of any responsability toward the customer.

2-d : After reception of claim, the society Cosmoligne.com a number of exchange will be allocated to the concerned product(s) and will be announced it by e-mail, by fax or by telephone to the customer. The exchange of a product is not possible before the attribution of a number of exchange according to the step introduced above.

2-e : In case of error of delivery or exchange, every product to exchange or to reimburse will have to be sent back to the society Cosmoligne.com as a whole and in its original packaging, in Colissimo Recommanded, at following address :
